Select digital identity type for your new individual profile

You can either choose to create a new Digital Identity within the Government Gateway or use an existing Digital Identity of an external Identity Provider, depending on the options that are supported. Please select from the options below the type of Digital Identity that you would like to have associated with your new Profile and click on "Continue".

Please select what method of profile creation you want to use. Please read instructions carefully before selecting method.

Important Notes.
  1. The Government Gateway Profile allows you to:
    • Manage Digital Identities that are associated with your Profile
    • Manage your e-Services enrolments
    • Manage your contact details and other key known facts
  2. It is possible to have more than one Digital Identities associated with your Profile in order to support all of the following scenarios:
    • An Individual having multiple authentication methods for logging in (e.g. GG User Credentials, Digital Certificate, etc.)
    • An Organisation having multiple representatives, each one holding a different Digital Identity.
    • An Agent having multiple representatives, each one holding a different Digital Identity.
